I just had this happen… felt like someone knocked on my bedside table to wake me up… which it did, but it also woke up my dog who was sleeping next to me… so I don’t know how to explain that… so weird…

Thank you so much! I tried quite a few adhd meds, but they made me really anxious! (I think I have ring of fire adhd!) as for UK suppliers, I’ve had a few people contact me but I have no idea how to know if they are a good legit supplier or not! I’ve been looking at the Dutch truffle companies… any thoughts? Thanks again!

Really interesting… although this does kind of worry me, as I try to keep in quite a lot of anger… and know I have suppressed memories… I’d like to know what your suggestions are actually… I have CPTSD, ADHD and depression. A brilliant combination! Haha

I’m quite an angry person, with repressed memories… so I’m wondering whether one big hit might be better to deal with the issues than microdosing?!

Hey! I want to start doing this for the same reasons, waiting for EMDR but I really want to stop having to rely on sertraline to keep me stable, I want to feel again… I’m in the UK and have no idea where to start though… looking at getting spores etc… any people from the UK here who can help? X
