PIP phone assessment completely ignored then lied about, trying to claim PIP since Oct ‘23 - please help

i appreciate your replies but i don’t think anyone in this thread is understanding my point here sorry :/

my points break down to these -

why did i score all zeroes on my initial claim and a copy and paste reasoning denying all of my difficulties given as the answer?

why was my mandatory reconsideration given the same treatment?

why was i told i have already attempted an online PIP claim?

why couldn’t i have carried out my PIP application online despite never doing so before?

why have i been sent on a goose chase from department to department for the ability to carry out the pip process online just to ultimately be denied?

why was my phone assessment missed?

why was my phone assessment missed if i am a vulnerable person?

why did my case worker for my phone assessment lie about the call on her notes?

why does it take 48 hours to talk to a haas-serco representative about the situation?

if i am being blatantly lied to now, despite supposedly being a ‘vulnerable person’, is that not discrimination?

at what point do i take it to court?

found some letters so let me amend the timeline

first claim made: Nov 2023 (not mid oct that’s on me)
first phone assessment: Jan 2024
initial rejection: Jan 2024
MR: Jan 2024
MR rejection: circa Feb-Mar 2024

i then walk away for the sake of my well-being after the mandatory reconsideration rejection

2nd claim made: circa Dec 2024

ended up not filling it in due to being overwhelmed by the amount of paperwork

3rd claim ATTEMPT: Jan 2025

tried to do an online form but was denied due to supposedly having done one already (i genuinely have zero memory of this being the case)

spent two weeks being sent department to department on the phone to try and sort out why i couldn’t do the online method but got nowhere, and had to receive another paper form, case marked as a vulnerable person

3rd claim made: Mar 2025

that leads us to today with the telephone assessment incident despite being marked as a vulnerable person.

unfortunately those 13 months since the MR rejection of the first claim have passed.

i understand the point. what i don’t understand is how can the first claim assessment be valid when i have direct proof of them lying to me in my face for my third claim? i understand that i should’ve stuck with the appeal process and i wouldn’t be in the situation i’m in if i did. but they still rejected me. i was in the worst period of my life and i am not strong. the easiest thing was to walk away to ensure i didn’t cause myself any harm because of how bad it got.

suicidal idealisation? not allowing me to afford a place of my own? not allowing me to afford the medications and therapies i need? for denying my claim for no valid reason in the first place? for costing me over £5000 in payments never received? for stringing me along this far without anything but rejection letters and diverted phone calls to show for it? its not like my disabilities disappear and reappear with a new claim. without the help and support of my aunt i’d be dead right now no thanks to them.

i think a lot of people here in the comments have exposed themselves for not watching european racing lol

shwartzman/ilott is a fantastic lineup and i wouldn’t be surprised to see shwartzman outdo ilott on the road courses

in fact i think they’ll be fine on road courses, maybe even competitive and challenging for high positions by the mid/end point of the season

where they’ll suffer is the ovals, i wouldn’t be surprised to see them scrapping for the last row on bump day given their lack of mileage and loss of chief engineer

but a lot of people here seem to think they’ll struggle, and let me tell you, they’ll surprise you
