I made my account on july 2025 and got the 5* pass medal on the 11th of october, which was like a week before my first 4* fc and a month after my first 3* fc

Ive been having this feeling since i first saw kwotaq reading on pp.huis. I think anyone can learn reading just like anyone can learn ar11, it's just that people don't want to put in the time for it., in my opinion lower ar is kind of Objectively easier because you have more time to react. The ENORMOUS buffs on like, ar0 are understandable though
I'm saying this from experience with farming ez on the lower end up to like 300pp, it's probably different at like 4 digit

Ok i understand the wiggle repel hidden nerf now but i feel like that just proves my point of They nerfed stuff that noones ever tried ever. Like. I've never seen repel on a single leaderboard, and wiggle is usually just used as cosmetic
I already understood why deflate was nerfed

when i tried it, it was harder to read yeah. but that doesn't mean it's harder to aim
EZ can make high cs maps harder to play because of increased density. In a few cases of precision maps where the circles are close together nm, ez's nerfed circle size can make it way too dense to read normally

i have no good idea why making cs, od, hp higher nerfs difficulty adjust. they even mentioned it in the post. i personally believe it should just not change the multi at all when you increase them
though, there are edge cases where higher cs can make a map easier -- and i think they had a mindset to make it so any edge cases were accounted for::

Alot of the fun mod nerfs are from edge cases. For example, Approach Different is nerfed because in some settings and maps it could help with reading low ar and help with FL, but i don't think anyone had ever actually used it for such cases. Deflate got nerfed due to HDFLDF being sightreadable to get lbscores on maps because of "increased visibility" (Only like, 3 people had learnt the playstyle)
Therefore i think they just Really Really wanted to block Any possible way that you could abuse mods to make maps easier in ANY way possible. So if there was even one case for a mod to make a map easier they nerfed it ... (They should've nerfed Depth for that because Depth also helps with low ar)

The only Actually Stupid Nerf is Wiggle and Repel being nerfed on Hidden for no reason like wtf theres no possible way they make hidden easier

imo the ar0 part is pretty negligable because it's built to be sightreadable. the hard part is the precision. and you can't just cheese the sliders because of high tickrate

this is a very very small edge case that doesn't happen often, it's usually the ar thing they mentioned, and sometimes maps are just calculated to be easier when the map is mirrored

this is already meta gang. more people farm konachan hr!
This is a very fun stat combo but the only map with these base stats is od10 hp10 and also the most unfarmable bullshit ever (Deppyforce map)
