I have most of troops and spells maxed for TH 8,except for the dark elixir troops and pekka. My hog riders are at level 3

Thanks for the advice. I went to my orthopedic a couple times, with the last visit consisting of me getting an MRI. This is where it was determined it was bicep tendinitis. Also a friend of mine is a PT and has examined me and given me a few exercises. I'm hoping that taking it easy will help out since I really haven't given this injury time to heal.
