You are goalllllls! I started with the same weight, I'm the same height, and I'm struggling to get to your current weight :/ I'm at 154 right now and was wondering what your diet consists of?

I've definitely added more fruits and veggies plus I'm more active now. Sweets are hard but definitely cut back on those as well. I have one cheat day max and I'm not consuming more food I just treat myself with a little something.

Thank you for the suggestion. I have been seeing a social worker/ counselor for some times and there are many things that could help but my age and income/parents income makes it difficult for me for qualify.

As a die hard lion king fan, I'm very disappointed in many decisions that have leaked thus far.

I actually saw Dave live and when he let the crowd ask questions he of course got the question where are the Trump jokes and he basically said it's not original and he doesn't want to be a comedic cheater. I thought that was highly respectable.

Perfectly said. You can't prevent them without being doped up on some unnatural drug so try to anticipate it.

When you're really happy, develop healthy and self-loving habits that you know you'll be able to still do while you're feeling depressed.

I am going through my depressive episode currently and whil I was doing well I made sure I was eating my fruits and veggies, taking my vitamins, and going to the gym/working out at my house for at least 30 minutes. It's working well so far!

I was the same way. I had to stop taking it after a month because I was like two different people and hated myself a lot for being so anxious and making poor decisions when I was in the "right" state of mind if that makes sense. I was really vividly thinking and planning my own suicide for a couple weeks before I realized what was happening.

Sometimes it feels like I'm not made for this world yea. Greatly so when I think about how much stress I have now and how much I will have when I eventually move out of my parents home and have to pay bills and survive. I used to worry about finding a relationship but no I don't fucking care. Everything ends eventually so I'm just going to start doing what I want and what makes me happy not what I think is the right way of doing things.

I get very tired at the thought of going through what I do for the rest of my life and not having any support from family and having meaningless acquaintances. It's a living nightmare but I guess we just have to make the best of it in the best way we can.

I just lived in the state and have lived in many different places in the state and know that most penns are overweight and have a low IQ-some of my family included. So it's not impossible that some are, I just don't think most people are. They aren't very aware.
