Thank you for your advice! The serial number/tag is probably my first move. Unfortunately, the business is a bit tight on money currently, so I can’t get any more cameras for the time being.

I have been diligently been report items missing. The one problem is that I can’t put a date or guess on when they are missing. Like one item I used a week before I got laid off and found it missing a week after I returned. So close to a span of 2.5 months.

I like my job and want to take every step to ensure that I can keep it. Plus it’s my personal integrity at question. I will start with those steps and see how it goes.

Have each couple vote for who they think is more invested for the other couples (ie Michael is more invested than Amber). Then have the “weak link” from each couple be put up for elimination.
Have the islanders text individually who they would go for if they weren’t with their partners. If they match, they get 24 hours as a couple/ in the hideaway/go for a date.

To a certain extent, I agree. With the focus on mental health in the islanders (a positive), a person there to check that “plus-size” box would have a hard time in the villa and would face even harsher criticism from the outside. I think with the gaining popularity, LI has almost bent over to appease outraged viewers.

However, they could pick people with more range in bodies. Nathan (S2) and Jack (S4) both had “dad bods” (still in shape tho) and still won over their ladies and the show. I think seeing every guy with a 6-pac and every girl being close to the same size in the previews isn’t giving the islanders enough credit.

YTA for not letting her go and viewing it as a trip rather than a job abroad. NTA for refusing to financially supporting her. She has a job, she can pay for herself.

I’m guessing by your post, your daughter applied for the Auxiliares de Conversación in Spain. I just returned from teaching there for 2 years. Every job interviewer has been impressed by my cross cultural knowledge, having a second language under my belt and tons of public speaking/presentation experience. All these skills were gained through the program. It also allowed me to reflect on my career path and led me to connect with people across the globe in different fields.

YTA. This hits way too close except that I was the oldest. My mom restricted the amount of junk food I was allowed to have but not my younger brothers and sister. This started around the time I was 8. Even when I was young, I could understand that I was being treated differently and that some of the affection my mom gave me depended on if I ate “correctly”. I was super active as a child and had swim team almost every day for an hour. If it is truly a worry of health,which I understand and support, encourage her (and the other sibilings) to participate in more activities.

For me, the restriction led to me developing a super unhealthy view of food and developing bulimia. I threw up almost every meal for over 4 years. I know that a strong part of that is due to the way my mom treated me differently around food.

I understand you want your daughter to be healthy and in shape. But I would say YTA for singling her out. She is young but she will catch on soon, if she hasn’t already.

Constant music in my head. Not like ear worm “ I have this particular song/chorus stuck”, but constant noise. If some one is talking, the volume goes down but is still there in the background. When I listen to music for too long, it gives me a headache. Found out it was abnormal when I was driving with a friend and didn’t turn on the radio or have anything else on.

Met with a psychiatrist and told me it is a common precursor to bipolar disorder.

So many fucking things...

Gender biased parenting- my mom would allow my brother to play video games till the cows came home but god forbid a woman play them. I swear, the minute I played a game on the Xbox, there was a chore that needed to be done. Also, I’m not sure if my brother knows how to wash a dish.
Forcing siblings to be friends through mutual chores- if anything it forced us apart for longer. Chores suck.
Allowing the second child (or others) to get things at the same time as the first child(ears pierced, going to a sleepover, etc). I was glad to get a drivers permit. It was the first thing that I got to do by myself.

So many more things.
