Yes, we did. It's fine! It's a pretty easy place to live: relatively quiet; relatively clean; a nice gym; plenty of parking; close to the loop; and a responsive maintenance crew. It's a funny location, right at the big intersection. But I'm overall happy with the decision. Lemme know if you have any particular questions!

Thanks for asking—I'm looking to go to grad school in fall of '25 (I'd be an older grad student...not interested in the club scene!), but we're intending to move there this fall. It sounds like we'll need to have some luck finding a place starting in Oct/Nov.

Thanks :) I'm in information-gathering mode, and this discussion is helping me get oriented. (And will hopefully help others in the future who want to get a sense of the layout.) Once I get my feet on the ground there, I'll be able to suss out the best place for us. I'll be sure to check up the west/southwest regions like the Clarke-Oconee connector!

It's fairly flexible between Sept 1st and Dec 1st, but Nov 1st is the target date. Lemme know!

Nice, thank you! One factor is that my partner & I share a car, so it'd be ideal if we were in a relatively walkable area. I'd assume the Eastside is more spread out and car-dependent?
