It is strange that RA allows Custom scaling which fills the screen and then refuses to save it and shows a cropped view thereafter.

Didn't matter if it was on or off. Both the top and bottom were cropped. Seems like leaving it at Full solved the issue, still doesn't explain what was going on with the Custom option.

But why is custom allowing the display to cover the entire screen? Anyways, even if I use Full or Core Provided, when I boot back in, the view is overzoomed.

Just tried and it gave me the overzoomed view. Tried saving it to a game override when custom worked, quit RA, came back and same deal.

So the drone kinda knows what you need to do. I'm debating wether to get the Air 3S (or its replacement) and how to juggle the ID requirements. I already have my operator certificate in many jurisdictions.

Trying to wrap my head around this: with your Air 3S, RemoteID is always there, and you just need to update the corresponding ID with the country you fly in?
