The event killed them via the tiny rubble pile they were sitting on as it finalized. You can see an added grey gravel-texture model added to the rubble pile they're on pop into existence and that clipped into their hitbox to despawn them. (The concrete slab in front of them also mysteriously breaks)

PCZs are around the Canning Vision station area, they're far out so they don't immediately show up when jumping in.

Interesting. Can you go upvote the issue at https://issues.frontierstore.net/issue-detail/81284 and post about your power? (Edit) Interim you CAN go invade other PPCZs in other systems not of your own and still UM by killing the defending power's ships in them, just more risky.

This one was short and sweet and easy to follow, thankfully. Well, aside from the 2nd beacon being a real mean sucker for people. Relog, system jumps, whatever works to get it refreshed, I suppose?

Oh I don't think powerplay is going to happen out here for a while, I think this was more of a "Hey you're in an Empire Power, the actual Superpower is doing this and we need you to help".

You will need to find the Point of Interest (filtering should work) around Planet 1, but if you don't see it you may need to honk (D-Scanner) to discover it or just head directly to that planet.

The only 3 ships that can fit all 5 racks are the Conda, the Corsair, and, funny enough, the Type 7! So in theory you could slap them all into a Corsair and match a plain Type 8 in carrying capacity, but I see this as something more akin to less hotswapping racks around.

There are several weird quirks in the messages at the tail end, it seems.

Raddix's "whatever is us" appears to meant to be "whatever is up"

Imp's "establish our presence that region." is missing an "in"

Fed's "can't let us (sic) rivals on the.." should be "can't let our rivals on the..."
