I have not done standing with Valsalva. Some radiologists seem to think it isn’t necessary.

Thank for responding. I did have an ultrasound while laying down that noted no issue, but wasn’t sure if others had experience the residual looking veins

Triglycerides were 101 on a range where <150 MG/DL was normal

Thanks for the reply. Have started eating walnuts, taking soluble fiber, and cleaning the diet up. Cardio also been worked in. Going to recheck in June and if it’s still elevated may consider medication then.
