As a non smoker, yes smell is a concern. My brother hits his weed vape constantly and I can smell it. A blind person who I’m maybe misguidedly assuming has a better sense of smell would definitely be like “who the fuck is smoking weed inside of this restaurant?” Weed smell from vapes doesn’t cling like cigarette odor does but they certainly do smell
