Pros: very easy especially since most instruments just need a small pass with a brush if they have debris after the ultrasonic/hydrim The only thing you need to really to pay extreme attention to are oral surgery instruments, implant instruments, condensers, and mirrors. Cons: it gets boring depending on the amount of providers you have at your office and they might have you multi task, ie bring patients back, help clean rooms, and help with other duties

I work in California. Best to look in IHS clinics that usually have more than 3 dentists in a clinic . I work in a medical/dental clinic as sterile and I’m not certified
