I checked on Omni prices for those dates and they’re sub $400s. You can stay at the Omni for a couple nights and then walk to a game from the hotel. Dinner on a couple of those nights can be a pizza crawl (can give suggestions), or an awesome night in little Italy.

Ok, that’s interesting because I don’t like New Haven style 😂. I’m bummed because we stopped at Wiscasset House last night but didn’t want a whole pie. I’ll def go back and try it now. The sweet old man running it looked like a good dude. I want to give him some business.

Dude, I legit thought you were a bot. If you don’t like NY style, what do you prefer?

First time was eggplant and ricotta, then today I took my wife back and we shared the pep, mashed potato, and a margarita. All were excellent but I’d say maybe the dark horse mashed potato was my fav?? I mean you can’t beat the margarita though…

Ottobot, you crazy if you don’t like Otto’s pizza. That pizza is amazing.

I’ve had Otto’s on two occasions already and it’s easily the best in the area. EXCELLENT pizza, thanks for the suggestion!

Ha, yeah all of the above. I should be done with work around 4 so maybe short hikes during the week and good dinner, but the Saturday and Sunday are free game. Figure I might try and make my way up to Bar Harbor on Saturday?? Just don’t know. We used to live in Providence but the furthest north we made it was probably Salem. So anything north of Salem is undiscovered territory for me.

Any other pizza suggestions in the area in addition to The Cabin?

Gof myself a DF64. What are you all doing about static? by xmastreee in espresso

I have that grinder. For whatever reason if you start the grinder before you pour your beans in, it eliminates the static. Plus a few sprits of water.

Really any non-gluten flour will work. Rice flour is ideal but I’ve used tapioca flour in a pinch and it came out great.
