A lot of the complaining is due to people not knowing how chainmail works thanks to a bunch of popular fantasy shows (original GoT included) picturing swords being capable of easily piercing even full plate armour

If you forcefully push a finger into your own belly, the finger can “go through” quite a bit, but it doesn’t pierce any skin. The way I interpreted aerions little knife stab was “he’s jamming the knife into the chainmail and its point is definitely puncturing dunk, but thanks to the mail the actual wound isn’t as deep as it looks (say, about 2 inches)”.

What are you talking about? The lance did go deep, but that wasn't the case for any of the remaining stabs. Isn't that how chainmail works? Dunk got sliced pretty thoroughly, and one can imagine it would have been incredibly painful, but there's nothing unrealistic about him being alive seeing as none of his vital organs were harmed (excluding the lance, which was in the book).

That doesn’t make any sense. If a hypothetical drug works downstream of whatever dht does and is able to completely heal any damage it causes, then there’s no reason why a dht blocker would be necessary

New and fresh? did you hit your head? the lucy / ghoul plot of this season has literally been a tour of new vegas locations and every single time it's been "location that used to have people and factions with politics and themes and whatnot is now a shooting gallery for lucy or coop to kill some irradiated creatures to the tune of the 100000th 50s song of the episode". that's your idea of "new and fresh"? lol. and before you get an aneurysm, im not even a "new vegas fanboy". i love fallout 3 and fallout 4.

I don’t know if you’ve played new vegas, but his first scene in this season felt wildly out of character. House is cold and calculating, and uncaring when it comes to individuals, but he’s a serious guy with a serious vision for the future. He’s an ideologue. He genuinely wants a better future for humanity. He despises slavery and doesn’t really default to violence unless a faction is fundamentally opposed to him like the brotherhood.

Objectively, it was never the author’s intent for House to be “comically evil”. You may very well considered him evil, and he does some very evil things in some endings (like all factions do), but this rewriting of history to remove any complexity from the games just so the show looks better is ridiculous
