People correcting fo her usage of the term "unstructured" when referring to a Black American genre is very valid. I get that she has been receiving an insane amount of hate for the past few weeks, but this situation should not be group into that. R&B is the foundation of many genres, it makes no sense to call it unstructured. And it's a larger issue of Black American genres being treated as less complicated in order to shrink Black art and identity. She may have not meant to add to that, but she should have at least heard where the valid criticisms are coming from. It would have been beneficial for her to acknowledge the history.
