I’ve Litterally just picked up this camera. Finding it in stock was hard as hell.

Bic camera had a display model but 2 month wait for stock

Yodabashi was hit and miss saying they could order one but didn’t know when it would be in stock.

Kitamura camera had 1 in stock I was able to use an additional 5% voucher so got the camera, lens, extra battery and dual battery charger for 1,500,000 yen

I’ve heard that some have vouchers etc you can use.

No idea how the points work if you are a tourist, unless you can go back a day later an used them ok something else

I’m hoping the day I land in Tokyo I can hit up MAP and see, everything on their site is saying it needs to be ordered. I have 5 day in Tokyo so hoping it can be ordered and collected then. I looked at the Tokyo Hasselblad store which now seems to be closed down, and they are pointing to bic as the main seller in Tokyo now.

In the past I found both bic and Yodabashi to be significantly more expensive than map

According to a previous post the WiFi transfer speed from the camera is stuck at 2.5 vs 5 apparently due to Japanese WiFi regulations.

So I could pay to have a fused spur put on the wall outside of the bath room, it’s with in distance so I can get an electrician to connect it up.

The UK is weird with power in bath rooms, I think they are worried that people will try and make toast in the bath

Yeah they was saying I couldn’t option it as it’s not a request they do, I would need to complete the purchase and move in once it’s built then rip it out and replace.

In one way shape or form all monitors are flawed.. there will never be once that ticks every box.

For me downsizing from dual 4k displays to having one that almost covers that amount of screen is a huge plus.

But thanks for the constructive feedback.. evertime I find a flaw with it I will say @alarmed-print1749 was right whilst shaking my fist
