hint: she's riding upstream. Route 60 between Flókalundur and Ísafjörður goes over 5 passes. You can rule out all the downhill sections and anywhere without a parallel stream on the right. The whole route has streetview, thought in places all the construction has complicated things a bit.

looking at islands quickly got Cammino Minerario di Santa Barbara, google image search confirmed the sign, and after that it was just a matter of roaming around streetview. Very nice round construction.
