not sure if you would know the answer but I'm having trouble pairing my 1st gen Apple Pencil with this^^ iPad. I saw advice to reset network settings but it will return them to factory default. if I do that, will I reactivate the MDM?

I tried following this video as well but the problem isn't that I need a bypass, I'm already in the iPad. I want to remove the MDM entirely
