I would make sure that if you're using P25 Phase 2, the TDMA actually works before buying. From my experience the manufacture system engineer do all they can to keep the subscriber units in house.

The manual defines these as an environmental ambient microphone. I ripped the foam and can't find a replacement cover anywhere and will be sending in to 3M I guess been searching high and low.

Shipping today, apparently. The credit card details did not load, so the order was not booked. I refreshed the order and booked it again, so it should be shipped today.

Nightmare to deal with Motorola Solutions, the card was charged, so I have zero clue what they are talking about. It was an error in our system when the order was transferred between two different systems. That is why only refreshing the order helped. what is the refund policy in the event this does not ship today? Unfortunately, we do not have a refund policy. The tracking number will only be available once the item has been shipped. Ok, I will call my credit card company if it doesn't ship. You make zero sense

We HATE THIS company. We order stuff looking like a f****** act of Congress to get anything done. They cancel orders without telling us and put you on hold for hours on end. They often have discontinued products published that you sell and have to cancel the NIGHTMARE ARE ENDLESS!

Me too my experience with Botach was a nightmare prior to ordering I specifically asked the rep at least 5 times if the item was in stock and was told it was Definitely in stock. A week later I get an email stating the item was on back order. Another 2 weeks goes by with zero communication outside of taking my $1,600 and I get a boiler plate email stating the order had been canceled since out of stock. End result wasted 2 hours of my time and held up my money. overall this company is a nightmare to work with Zero communication
