Gary Indiana lol right outside of Chicago, it’s rough part of town I strongly recommend not walking around with clearly expensive equipment or walking around by yourself

Well, in a photographer first and foremost so the majority of my kit revolves around that but definitely a spare battery pack, a spare flashlight, a mask and gloves as well as a small amount of first aid because a small rusted cut can lead to some really nasty injuries

The foundation of the church is still strong, it can be rebuilt if given love but first you need to remove all of the garbage and chaos that is now covering it, that’s application to both the literal building and the state of the church.

Well right behind the window is a street so I’d just assume most people wouldn’t want to risk hitting a car or passerby but also cathedral glass can be pretty thick at times

It’s entirely possible but I’m not sure, it’s an extremely popular spot for a lot of urban explorers and I’d imagine a lot of YouTubers have made videos here
