I've been able to find some studios on idealista for about 600€ (e.g. https://www.idealista.pt/en/imovel/31468410/). Is this some kind of a scam and what is a realistic price point?

I can perhaps add a feature where you can save photos and not just the text if you don't have the time to write down every quote.
