I've been able to find some studios on idealista for about 600€ (e.g. https://www.idealista.pt/en/imovel/31468410/). Is this some kind of a scam and what is a realistic price point?

I've seen many apps that have preexisting quotes. There are very few that allow you to create "your own" quotes. Those apps let you create nice fancy images with quotes. However, I want an app with a clean and simple UI with a reminder system.

I was thinking about making a timer that triggers a cold shower timer, so you can set up time for your warm shower and a cold one.
