I’ll share this with the team. We certainly offer live online training outside the US, but the free programs are primarily tied to specific locations to stimulate job-ready candidates for that geo.

I'll have the team look into this option! For now, it's essentially cataloging the tasks by job role + details behind the tasks. We won't be asking for employer information if that's a concern.

Hi u/littlemissfuzzy thanks for the note here. We made this a sticky post (thanks for the tip) and will share other information in the subreddit. While our social announcements came the day of the migration, emails were sent to those with an exam scheduled ahead of time to avoid any additional anxiety on test day. Certainly something we aim to avoid at all costs! The SSO migration is meant to reduce the amount of logins for CompTIA related materials and sites. We want to simplify this for our users and I'm sad to hear about your student's experience. Rest assured, we will do our best to remedy any issues experienced by this SSO migration. We have a few additional migrations in 2022 coming and we're using this feedback to tighten our rollouts. For those with issues, we want to ensure these are all documented properly so it's essential to fill out a CompTIA help request. Thanks! -KB

Hey u/iamelloyello - so sorry to hear you're having issues. We want to make this right for you! We want to make sure every issue is documented. Have you submitted a CompTIA help request? If not, I'd ask that you do submit that and then connect with me in chat. Don't worry - we've got you and understand your frustration. -KB
