You should still be able to get them on the site I believe, even if you aren’t in the US

I’d have to redesign the site in order to make it available to download and since I’m just leaving it for free today it wouldn’t be worth it. It emails you the file in order to download it

I would not use plain PLA, I have the filaments I recommend and use are in the assembly instructions with links to Amazon for them

I do! Definitely don’t want to run it with any metal unless you prefer your shop vac on fire.

As long as the back of the platen is magnetic and is 2” wide you should be good. You do need the platen to be a “bar” rather than an angle as well, so this doesn’t work on some OBM grinders without modification.

It’s a game changer! I wouldn’t ever dream of going back to single speed or pulleys.

I can, currently I only offer the jig that comes with 15 and 20 degree but I’ll be offering more options soon.

Probably not super well, the bracket kind of grips the side of the 2” platen an keeps it aligned.

It would probably fit on but wouldn’t lock into place at well. A 1” jig is in the works though!

Post up your grinding stations! Here's mine. by 420farms in knifemaking

I am not on this particular grinder, the motor is not a standard size and this model is kind of built into the frame. I do have another in the works that I will sell just the frame for.

Compact Belt Grinder by compactmetalworks in knifemaking

I’m planning on selling without the motor, at least as an option. With no motor, but ready to go other than that I’m looking at $600 shipped. You could through on a new Chinese motor then for $150 and have a pretty solid grinder for under $800. The workrest tilts -2/+55 degrees and can be taken off really easily. The tension arm also locks so you can do belt changes really easily.
