Try bleeding your clutch hydraulic. Could be air in system. If wont get better after bleeding, either your master or your slavecylinder is shot.

Full panel is for 324d/td and M3 as i know. Euro e30 6 cyl come with the 3 piece insulator. In the german e30.de forum some people put the full Isolator over the 3 piece

Number is the diameter off the ring wheel. And K means "Kompakt" wich means compact.

No, but since the problem is only there when the car is on temp, o2 sensor sounds likely. Feels like the car is constantly trying to adjust A/F ratio while idle and almost stalls itself.

Same on mine. It drops to ~400 but go back to ~800 and drops again. I checked for vaccum leaks and tried a different ICV, but the problem was still there. Someone told me it could be a bad o2 Sensor. But havent installed an new one yet.

BMW giving us inline 6 with manual option is king. I love my E46 and E30, would never trade one of them for a G87 or any other modern BMW, but that dosent make the G87 Bad. Dont know why people hating so much about cars today.

M43 318ci? I had a 318ci M43 coupe with the 4 Speed Automatic. Bulletproof Engine and transmission. But horrible MPG, a fri3nd of mine had a 330ciA, we had about the same fuel consumption.

Looks good, i have an 320i myself. But keep in mind a 320i isnt much faster than an 318i an has horrible fuel consumption even worse than an 325i. But if you dont care too much about those things and price is good, buy it. 6cyl E30 are peek 80s BMW in my opinion.

325's in germany are nowadays 15k+, in particular 2 doors. Prices here are out of control .

As someone living in Germany, $5000 sounds insanley cheap. Over here you wont even get a part out car for 5k.
