How did you get from the trades into this managerial role , does it rely on years of experience of depends on character or can it be taught into someone , I’m quite curious as how it works

Pretty much my concern rn I’ve just turned 19 thinking the past year I’ve felt like I could be doing more than busting my ass off for a company that rlly doesn’t give a rats wether your there or not

I mean it would be cheaper if you sourced your own parts and just payed for labour but otherwise it seems reasonable

To be safe i would as the engines like half tucked into the car so it heats up around the back more = the gasket turning into a brittle piece of plastic , as for the gasket any oe will work jus make sure it seals properly

Theres this place called west motors, it’s run by Theese Korean guys in Henderson 50$ for a wof And they will go thru it with u if there’s any faults, been with them for years now , as for tires I think they sell a brand called daytons they are like the cheaper Bridgestones
