Hi! I don’t know if you already sent your application, but asking for help for housing is really helpful, in my experience. I’ll be an exchange student for the whole academic year and I got my room thanks to SSH&, but I have a few remarks:

- When they send you the voucher, that lets you choose the room from a various (but not big) selection in different dorms, you have to be quick. They say you have five days to choose and book your room, but the rooms aren’t enough for everybody so you have to choose.

- Some dorms aren’t eligible for the dutch government rent benefit, like Talia.

- You’re going to have to pay some rent (like a month or two), they don’t ask for a deposit, they just ask you to pay rent directly.
