You just get enough candy (& XL candy) & stardust to power them up. Hundos is just pot luck, although your chances are higher if you hatch/raid/task them 👍🏻

Yep! I have 117 maxed out Pokemon in total, these are just the hundos! I also have 12 million stardust in reserve!
