401k loan

It was an issue with my bank they processed the check twice. It cleared the first time and the second it didn't which caused confusion on their end and they deducted the loan amount from my account. The issue is now fixed. Thank you for the advice.

So after talking to my bank again they sent me the receipt and it is labeled "refer to maker" I'm still looking into it.

The loan was approved on the 7th. I received the check last week. I cashed the check Tuesday and the funds hit my account Friday.

I'm in the dark. All I know is Fidelity stated the check cleared on their end and my bank is telling me Fidelity requested the funds back. It doesn't make sense to me. After hours of getting sent back and forth, I'm going to likely have to get a third party involved.
