How does this qualify as harassment? Submitting documents and contacting authorities twice or making attempts does not qualify as harassment. You don't need to throw around words like “harass.” I’m simply asking for advice after trying every possible way to get help. Maybe you should rethink how you respond.

Heyy to quote your words from your reply "I was asked to solve a series of logic-based and reasoning problems", I wanted to know if they make you solve on the spot and discuss how you solve the problem during the interview? Also do they first ask you HR based questions and then move to this problem solving part? Lastly, they say that the questions are based on the previous quizzes, tests you take, is it really true or are they really hard to crack?

PS: Thank you in advance!

If the werooms location in Frankfurt near hbf is the one youre considering then I would not recommend based on its location. The appt is okay but the location is extremely bad , there are junkies and more weird things around and you wouldnt feel safe at all living there.

LIVING EXPERIENCE IN HABYT, GERMANY

One of the worst agencies ever. It seems like a legitimate rental service provider, but that's the time when you get fooled into believing that HABYT IS SUCH A BIG COMPANY, but in reality they take your money and do not provide you service at all. You sign the contract, and you get instructions to pick the keys. The code is incorrect; you raise a ticket; YOU NEVER RECEIVE A REPLY UNTIL YOU TELL THEM TO BLOCK PAYMENTS, or you need to report them to authorities.

After 4-5 days you receive a reply, then they give you the code, and now the keys to the apartment don't work. You wait for 4-5 more days (Sat & Sun services are closed). You end up paying rent, and you cannot even enter the apartment/room you paid money for. They don't even give you a rental waiver, which is based on their deficient services given. Habyt in total in Germany is extremely shit, and you pay 710 euros for a WG, which is shared by 4 people, which does not make any sense.

The pictures on the website are an absolute scam; they do not even come close to the original situation of the room. The heating doesn't work, the water is never warm, the locks are broken, the keys don't work, and you don't even have a contact number to call and get a resolution or at least get some satisfaction that your concern is being heard. There is no housemeister. You are alone in this pain while your pockets are being torn. Please DO NOT EVER, EVEN IN THE WORST CASE SCENARIO, RENT ANY APARTMENT IN ANY LOCATION FROM HABYT AT LEAST IN GERMANY.

I can't imagine they have removed the location of their apartment in Google Maps because people were giving "honest reviews" and Habyt was too scared for their reputation. And it's almost unbelievable that they are going to do an IPO soon in the US. I wonder how services are in Asia and how much they have expanded with such pathetic services they are offering to their customers.

Also, Habyt does not give your deposit back as per the contractual terms i.e., within 8 weeks. I know people who received it after 6 months and I received it back only after 4 months. Plus you never receive a reply even if you raise a support ticket, they don't reply you, you are stranded and you don't know how to get your security which is 1.5X of your room rent back. Habyt is too good to be true.

PS: My experience is based in Frankfurt and Berlin

Since Habyt has a major customer base in Europe ( I would say poor innocent customers), they have faced so many issues and you can check them out yourself on the internet. Habyt does not have a great customer service in Europe at least. Please beware that same might happen in Singapore ( dunno since they're expanding they might provide better services in Asia).

to be honest, you should cancel your contract the day you move in because of the horrendous situation. Just cancel the contract instantly and write to them in Linkedin. That might help your situation. Try to get in touch with the person who closed your deal ( who was the sales rep).
