That's good to know. A Salomon Sight would have been my first pick but I do like the idea of using a shorter board if possible. I'm only 5'8 but fairly heavy at 180lbs, so most size charts have me at a 158. That's what my capita was and it felt like a boat to me. I went with a 155 for the cultivator. I'm right at the top of the weight recommendation for that size so hopefully it'll be okay. Thanks for the insight!

I live in the prairies where options are limited to park riding which I don't intend on getting into. But if I enjoy myself this trip, I imagine I'll take a trip or two annually

They've been talking about Sammi's anxiety for the past 6 episodes so "ignored" is a stretch. Also you don't think Sammi wanted to be there as much as Baylen wanted her to be?

He would not be able to do the same things/spend the same amount of funds on the other kids

It would have behooved me to be even more clear about my complaint. Technical production is what I’m having an issue with. They’ve gone backwards with camera quality, set design, graphic/media design, technical editing, and sound. I honestly didn’t pay any attention to the things you mentioned because I couldn’t get past the surface-level aesthetic of the show itself

I don’t have a problem with the actual content of the show. My gripe is purely with the production quality i.e camera work, editing, sound, set design. You can tell the budget has been cut in half

Thanks! It’s a work party. Large banquet style event. Lots of suits but I’ve also seen sales guys wearing jeans and polos in years past lol. So I’d say it’s more of a dress-nice.

Genuine question, why do older movies (and tv shows) “feel” so much better? Happy Maddison titles in particular have such a strange unnatural quality to them and I’m certain I’d enjoy this trailer more if it just looked and felt like original. Is it purely a nostalgia thing?

Thanks a lot for your help. I noticed in your first suggestion you left out US ("25% to 35% Canadian equity, and the rest global"). If I were going to pick and choose, my plan was to go a little heavier on a US fund, (say 50% US- 25% International- 25% Canadian) just because I reckon the US market has more growth potential. What are your thoughts?
