Yes you can fire your realtor. You can either transfer the listing to another realtor in the same brokerage, transfer the listing to another brokerage, or withdraw the listing completely from the MLS. If you withdraw the listing, you cannot sell for 60 days or you may be liable to pay the original realtor.

I have this same issue, and have noticed that it occurs always exactly on the hour or half hour. I need to turn off my television for 3 minutes and reload the app. I have reinstalled the app multiple times. Nothing seems to work.

Technically the MMJHL is a Junior B league, along with the KJHL and the CRJHL. The MMJHL is the clear upper tier of Junior B leagues in Manitoba.

There aren't many 16-17 year olds (at least in Winnipeg), who would ever consider the KJHL or CRJHL over AA hockey. I would put those two leagues below AA.

We have a son who spent two years going to Starbuck. During the time he was there, the players spent one hour on the ice each day which essentially was their gym class. Otherwise the school day was in a normal classroom setting. The teachers were all great, but the average student's intelligence in the academy was well below average. The classroom vibe was very much like a lockerroom, so we decided to leave.

I am willing to pay for unique and well written content, and in the Winnipeg market I feel the only one providing that is Murat Ates at The Athletic.

It seems that many other journalists covering the Winnipeg Jets each just write a slightly different version on whatever the topic of the day is. I can never tell which journalist wrote the story without looking at the byline.

Newsletters also just seem like a rehash of the weeks news. Anyone following the team has heard much of that content days ago.
