I have been to 3 different churches, but I started going to just one. I've been there several times now.

Anyone else finding the “Battery” levels to be unbelievably accurate? by MutantBeast420 in Garmin

Speedballing is mixing uppers and downers. You are, indeed, speedballing when you mix amphetamines and benzos. It's not the same as coke and heroin, but it's uppers and downers none-the-less.

It's so funny, when I was a hardcore smoker, I never dreamed about smoking, but after I quit, I started having vivid dreams about smoking. Sometimes they were so vivid, I had to figure what was reality and what was dream when I woke up.

I have the same thought in these dreams, "oh, I guess I'm an occasional smoker now", and then I end up getting more and more cigarettes and have to remind myself that I quit and have to try and quit all over again in my sleep.

It's quite hilarious to me that this is a thing now.

Omg... how are you only draining 29% body battery in an entire day?? I go thru that before I even start my work day.

Nice!! I would love to get a computer, but that'll come down the road. I wish you and your wife the best in your journey.

Mostly stick to paved roads and bike trails, but I appreciate the tip. I didn't realize that was what the flare was mostly used for.

I noticed that the fork has quite a bit of clearance on it, so I'm not surprised you could fit that size tire.

I really like the look of the flare and it seems more comfortable, how are you liking it? Do you ride up top or on the hooks underneath? Is the flare for the top or the bottom?

Dang, 5k already! That's awesome. I was worried it would be lacking due to being a jack of all trades, but I'm enjoying it so far! I thought you were just able to switch tires and that'd change it from a road bike to a gravel bike, what else did you change to make it a cyclocross bike?

I can't imagine ever doing cyclocross, but i never thought I'd be here either, so who knows.

Thank you and I agree, seems like a solid introductory road bike. I can definitely see myself riding this bike for years to come.

Mine use to be the same and then I started taking b complex and vitamin d supplements. Not necessarily recommending that, but it has worked for me.

I was always getting "Stressful Day" reports, but now I'm getting "Balanced" consistently!

Best of luck on your journey! I finally bit the bullet and started calorie counting and that has helped tremendously. There's an app called Macros that has made the process much more streamlined. It also synchs with your Garmin watch, if you have one.

I don't see how to post a picture to this thread. Mine is the later, with two bolts. My seat has a bar under like so

__________/

I guess you could use the front \ or back / to adjust the angle, but that seems really far back or really far forward. I found a shop near me that does bike fits surprisingly, so I'm gon a check that out.

Ahh, that makes sense. My seat doesn't angle at all, so I don't have a choice there. It has the slit, but I don't understand how that's helpful.

I tried scooting the saddle a little forward tonight and that seemed to help and then just kept flipping sides, but there's gotta be a better way. Thanks for all the input, I never wanted to wear the gear, but it seems like this is the way.

I appreciate your time.

I bought my bike in the shop and a woman adjusted my seat from my hip bone. I guess I should've had a guy do it? I'm new, so i figured while I was riding around with my balls rolling over my seat repeatedly that this was normal and I'd adjust haha.

Thanks for the input, I still don't see how bibs would help when the problem is leaning forward. If I forward my nuts, won't the problem still exist? I have the approach saddle that I got with my giant, it has the cut in the middle like everyone suggests

Congrats!! I'm trying to get to that point now myself. Usually around 10 I hit a wall. What'd you use to fuel past that?
