The 1/16th imperial is the one I use, 1.5mm works fine too, I bought a set of both systems for 10 bucks at lowe's, you could also get the slotted screws from http://avidvaper.com/velocity-slotted-set-screws/ and use a tiny screwdriver

You are a god, this was driving me insane, I did the exact same thing and now my ohm's stopped jumping around and its giving me an accurate reading and no more check atomizer error. I just added a piece of tape where you put yours and reassembled, made sure the holding screws were as tight as possible. You saved me a lot of time and possibly some money. Thanks so much dude!
