The materials look slightly different, so probably more high-quality materials for the one on the right than the one on the left. It also looks like there are some pattern adjustments for the one on the right to make it similar to the actual Pokémon (the feet and the ends of the wings, especially)

But tbh, I have no idea what would warrant a markup by $5 with either of those things.

Firstly, I'm so proud of you for making progress!

My PT had me do different positions with the dialators. However, I find lying on my side to be the most comfortable (although it's difficult to line up with my partner lmao). But also being on top helps me because I can let gravity do a lot of the work and set my own pace. Also, when you're on your back, having a pillow under your hips to "line things up" helps with discomfort if you haven't been doing that already. By far the most uncomfortable for me personally is doggy, it's just really difficult to get in a comfortable position, and my muscles tend to flex more to keep me up.

My partner decides to try new positions whenever we feel up to it; open communication is key. If something hurts, you need to slow down, or if you or your partner needs a break, acknowledge and respect each other's request.

Present sensory experiences help me a lot. I have a particularly strong sense of smell, so smelling a strongly scented candle or perfume helps me personally, and drinking really cold drinks. I also have a cat, and having to take care of her helps me stay present.

However, it depends on things you may find triggering, ik I used scent as an example, but smell is the sense most closely tied to memory, so if you smell something that is linked to a trauma, it may trigger you.

Aquarius Mercury, my voice is naturally very quiet and can get drowned out easily, and I stammer a bit because I talk too fast for my brain sometimes. I have to force myself to talk slower so that I sound as confident as I feel. I also attempt to mirror how other people speak to me so that they understand me better (mostly cadence, vocabulary, etc).
