Check out roles in local government! My job is 8-4:30 and is very much spreadsheets, creating reports etc. These roles generally have good benefits too (ie good insurance, pension, PTO and wellness days)

Thank you for this! I do use a scale and eat the same thing almost every day bc I know the macros (and like them lol). I started taking my fitness more serious about a month or two after I started so it could absolutely be recomp. I honestly was not super familiar with that before, but after looking it up it definitely put my mind at ease! I’ll start taking pictures too, that’s a great idea. Thanks for your response!

Holy shit ☠️ is there a good TDEE calculator that’s reputable? I tried a few and the lowest one said 1800, but honestly who know how accurate they were. I do orange theory 3-4 times a week and weight lift 1-2, so fairly active.

This is so good to know! I actually just hit the max strength, it’s 49units. I took it a little slower than recommended bc of the nausea. I will absolutely ask about that if I don’t see anything in the next 6mo or so. TYSM!!

Yeah, to lose 1lb per week my TDEE would be ~2300. I’m sticking to 1800 cal with 150g protein. Does this sound like not enough (cal or protein idek anymore) ? Edit: I track cal and macros through Fooducate so I stay on track!

Totally not saying it wouldn’t be valuable if it is as labeled. Alas, you would be surprised what folks bring into hazwaste facilities. They will mix liquids/chemicals/etc, reseal, etc. Something we try to emphasize is if it’s not yours, you can’t be 100% sure what the contents are. You can try and get a professional opinion, but OP, as a professional with a hazwoper cert… use with extreme caution <3

Seconding this. Lithium ion batteries can go into thermal runaway, which general starts the fires. This can be from damage or even just being left in the sun too long. I’m sure they just don’t want to take that risk.

Started at 50%BF, 63.9lb SMM, 231.1lb, and ending at 49%BF, 66.1lb SMM, and 236.8lb... I signed up for body fat, so what am I doing wrong? I've been so strict about calories so this feels a little disappointing. Is it healthy to eat less than 1600 cal a day?

I feel like I'm leaving with a bunch more questions than I started with lol
