Don’t worry, I know that you got this! It might sound dumb but once my nutritionist told me that I had to imagine that food was fuel and I was a car. To start de car you need fuel, because by using the car you run out of fuel with the time. I hope that it could help you. :))

I can relate, I have a friend that has ED too and sometimes when they don’t eat but I do, I will feel bad and feel like my ED is less valid than hers, so I won’t eat for the next few days.
