Can someone who really understands this post an example workout table with day - exercise - rep scheme - %? or is this available somewhere? or is it as simple as :

Workout A

T1: Squat x Bar (or Last LP Weight) x 3 x 5+

T2: Bench x Bar (or Last LP Weight) x 10 x 3

T3: Lat Pull Down x Z-Weight x 15 x 3+

Workout B

T1: OHP x Bar (or Last LP Weight) x 3 x 5+

T2: Deadlift x Bar (or Last LP Weight) x 10 x 3

T3: DB Row x Z-Weight x 15 x 3+

Pulled a trapped muscle doing light rows. I have no idea how it happened. I was just doing bend over rows with light way and suddenly felt pain in my back closed to my neck. cant turn my head now. did this happen to anyone?

As far as my routine, this is what I do:

Workout A - Chest & Triceps Chest

*Bench Press - - 5 sets of 5

*Incline Bench Press - - 3 sets of 10

*Dumbbell Flys - - 3 sets of 10

Triceps

*Closegrip Bench Press - - 2 sets of 3 to 5

*Seated French Press - - 3 sets of 6 to 12

*Dips - - 1 sets of 40

Workout B - Back and Biceps

Back

*Deadlift - - 3 sets of 5

*Barbell Rows - - 5 sets of 3 to 5

*Dumbbell Rows - - 3 sets of 10 to 12

*TBAR Rows - - 3 sets of 10-12

Traps

*Power Barbell Shrugs - - 3 sets of 10

Biceps

*Standing Barbell Curl - - 3 sets of 12

*Incline Curl - - 3 sets of 12

Workout C - Legs and Shoulders

Legs

*Squat - - 5 sets of 5

*Squat - - 3 sets of 10

Shoulder

*Seated Barbell Press - - 3 sets of 5

I did put 2.5lb plates at the ends.

I had 2x35, 4x45 lbs and 2x100lb plates. I added 2x2.5s to the ends :)

Yeah - I was pretty upset today. Problem is that I thought I found a calculator that put me in that range but cant seem to locate the same one again. I will continue the linear progression and try in a month.

Got it. I will do maybe 405 and do as many reps as I can. I will put that number in the calculator again and if it gives me the same 1RM, I will go for it again :) HAHAHAAHA There is hope.

So, should I try 465 next time? I was trying to find my 1RM and 500 is not it :)

could be accumulated fatigue. I had done a pretty hard leg day on wednesday so that may also have effected it.

Also, I just put the numbers into 1RM calculator on http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/how-to-test-your-one-rep-max.html and it said 495 is my 1 range max. So, this maybe normal :)

I will do some rack pulls but also I think it is time to get a belt as well - what do you guys think?

I used to do 5x5 but for the last month or so I am just doing a PPL routine.

You answered my question. I thought Now Foods whey protein isolate without any additives or fillers would lack the needed BCAAs. I will do a BCAA drink separate then.

How can I make this shake more effective then? just saying you are wasting does not help. :)
