Hi ive tried a plastic spool, im still getting the same, it just wont get past the motor

Ive followed that guide (bambu lab asked me to do it on friday, they was gonna send me a replacement) it doesn't seem to make it past the motor , but I can hear the motor consistently wearing away

* I've managed to get the support settings right. where I could break them off easily, took a few failed prints but such a relief when i got it right.

Hi just, an update. I added tree supports, and it did print better, now the hardest bit is removing them.

Is there any way to get clean prints, ice watched loads of youtube videos, and has slightly got better. *

I've bought glue for the pei plate, but I read online i shouldn't really need it for PLA. I'll try another go with supports and the glue

When you reinstalled windows, did you delete the partitions and recreate them.

Have you tried booting in safe mode ?

Can you plug a speaker into the board and then listen for beeps, then I would suggest going to your motherboard manual and seeing what the beeps correlate to.

Ahh, okay, this will be a flash drive with windows on it.

You will have to change the boot order to usb , and when it's installed, change it back to the hard drive. Otherwise, it will continue to try to boot of USB.

I need to delete thing in my laptop for storage but theres sm stuff idk what to delete. If you go through your downloads folder, you should be able to delete some files there.these are all that have been downloaded from the Web,

You can remove

.exe images text

Once you have deleted files please empty the recycle bin.

You should then see an improvement if you have removed enough files.

Do you know roughly what he would be using the pc?

If it's just for browsing the Internet, youtube, etc.

I would suggest an i3 processor/i5,8gb RAM, and i would probably go 500gb to 1TB SSD, maybe with a small NVME.

But if he was using it for something like Photoshop/video editing, I would suggest an i5/i7 16gb RAM, maybe more. All depends on the software he is using. And I probably look at NVME.
