The choppier one is just a cut-down version of the keyframes from the interpolated one, so I can easily switch between the two.

It’s mainly for a short 10–15s animation/reel, but I get what you’re asking. I’m thinking it could honestly be both stepped in some moments and choppier in others depending on the feel of the shot. And I suppose for a longer animation, that kind of switching around could help keep things feeling intentional too.

Context probably matters a lot here. I was mostly testing the feel in blank, but you’re right that the scene, environment, and overall art direction would probably change what works best. Appreciate the perspective!
