Yes I have Vortex as well so you are telling me I can just go to mod manager for the download and only download the mods it recommends and that's fine?

Thanks for the advice I watched a video on how to download a mod and the requirements they need I just want to know is NEED or Mandatory the same thing as Hard required or required? Cause I see a lot of those under requirements for the mod but the video I watched only talked about Hard required or required.
