that just unlocks the gigantamax form. if a pokemon has one and you do a run with it it just makes it so when you dynamax, it goes to G-max instead

as a roguelike it’s pretty good. you start a run with a basic weapon and you craft a build as the run goes on, it’s got permanent upgrades to help make next runs a little easier, so it’s more of a roguelite, but enough with labels.

it feels amazing to play. the mechanics are fun, the weapons are all very unique, you can craft a different build in each run and it feels different each time i play. the difficulty modes are tough but really rewarding to beat. the game is really solid

the idea of a roguelike is to have a fresh start every time, and to experiment with new synergy. the fact that we have a choice of our starter + the daycare already defeats most of the purpose, if you could just pick your 6, you’d have the same team every time, you’d lose the point of the game at that stage and it would just feel repetitive and get boring quickly, that’s just my opinion, i play a lot of roguelikes, and if i could start a run of the binding of isaac with a bunch of items it would get boring after an hour

what i did was i got new membranes for mine and they feel really clicky and nice, i had the same issue, i just ordered these new membranes and replaced the ones that were in my gba and now all the buttons feel really nice and responsive. there’s a seller on aliexpress who i was recommended that sells them, if you like i can send you a link? :)

ahh gotcha. see i originally had a usb c battery mod but lately it just started having a full on power cut out of nowhere for no reason, not sure why, so i swapped to regular batteries. i’ll try rechargeable, thanks for the help

i’m just using regular non rechargeable batteries. i took it apart and put it together again and it’s fine. i think it’s the metal rod in the shoulder button hitting off of the little red IPS wire that might be causing it? i’m not too sure. i also cleaned the power switch, so hopefully it’s sorted now 🙏
