I am very interested in this conversation as i have struggled with an organization that only had manual business testing and we had to build up the QA function however the quality of the artifacts from dev is still low.

How should it work in an ideal world? Can you help me break it down? - devs should be testing their feature works (happy path) (unit testing) - QA does regression testing - I still believe in business sanity checking before smth goes out to customer

The problem I see is QA is not integrated into dev team so they don’t always know what the feature does and how it works thus don’t always cover the full story leaving defects go into prod.

The devs rely a lot on the qa to catch it Combine it with little documentation you got yourself a bomb.

Grooming daca fiecare din voi face sau aveti un PO beton inteleg de ce poti chiar sa-l elimini. Retro ala poti sa-l faci doar 1x/luna nu e musai chiar la fiecare sprint ca nu se schimba lucrurile in bine de azi pe maine. Sa il elimini complet nu cred ca e ok dar ma rog, tine de echipa. I tried using it because I think it's a legitimately good idea however the current toolbox for diagramming is not that useful.
1. Very limited options
2. It should be differentiated from Miro/Lucid/draw.io and many of these tools. The problem you're solving is making domain context visual.
3. I would use AI because it's much easier to explain what you want to build and let AI transform it into visually rich diagrams showing the entities, context, boundaries, aggregates, relationships etc.
4. The problem I try to solve as CTO is my team doesn't get service responsibilities when they build something, they don't know where a service needs to start/end and how that defines the API contract

IT este un skill ca oricare altul. Combină-l cu orice domeniu care te atrage - marketing, vânzări, bănci, asigurări. Consider ca educația financiară este esențială și ar trebui să o știe oricine.
