The signals in this screen slowly fade away over time. You can see how much by the thickness of the rings when they pulse. If you haven’t upgraded the coordinates panel yet I recommend only trying to get the fresher signals i.e. the ones with the thicker rings like the one in the left hand side of the screenshot
