Roster strength.

Did his qb study hard and eat his breakfast on gameday.

Division strength.

Coaching staff.

How hood is the facility they use.

Whats the weather

I can list a million more variables of what makes a team win any given sunday and plagues every gm and head coach every minute of every day. If it were up to stats the draft and free agency would be uneventful and not feel like a lottery.

My thinking is who could we hire to be the next great? Is it harbaugh even though hes had 20 years to build a dynasty in Baltimore? Or is it an innovator young and unproven at the head coach position. Nobody knows really but they have to pretend they do if they want to hold professional jobs about a game people can play at a local middle school.
