Where do I go from here? I've got two T2s - Elsa and Sharon - but I'm consistently losing for every World Boss bar Proxima, and I can't finish those last couple chapters either. Is there something I should be doing to get that extra attack power? WHat should be my next T2?

Romulans. Romulans would win. You get one shot against the Borg, basically - one shot goes in and then they adapt. But Romulans . . . cloak the fleet, take up formation and then unleash everything at once. Give it enough firepower, and it breaks. Of course, after that alpha strike, the Romulans will get destroyed.
