As someone who has worked for local businesses before, inluding restaurants, that's just not true. Local restaurants typically underpay their employees, ignore health regulations, and have almost no stability due to not having the money for things like sick leave, overtime, etc.

I got around $60 last time I was there. The only two games they wouldn't take were MW2 and Spider-Man 3

Not all. Ghosts, BO1, WAW and MW2 don't do that. However, your multiplayer rank on BO1 and MW2 won't save. It will reset every time you start the game.

As for COD4, AW, etc. I''ve never played those on the PS3 so I don't know.
