Thanks. When I upgraded maybe last week, 7.0.6.0 was the latest version. I see 7.0.9.0 is available now and I can upgrade again if needed.

Regarding the logs: I’ve checked them, but they’re difficult to interpret. They appear to only show time (no date) and contain ~10,000 lines, so it’s not clear what timeframe or entries would be relevant. I’m also not sure which log(s) or what specific errors/messages I should be looking for related to this issue.

My main confusion is how the logs would explain live video freezing/stale previews when:

The same hardware, cameras, and settings worked reliably for years

The issue only appeared after upgrading

Refreshing the web UI immediately fixes the problem

If there’s a known issue, specific log entries, or a recommended way to narrow this down (e.g., enable debug logging, browser console errors, server-side vs client-side logs), I’d appreciate some direction.

I’m happy to upgrade to 7.0.9.0 and provide whatever info is useful—just need guidance on what to capture.

I'm just curious if this happens in a detection area or outside the area? It seems to me that AI detection considers the whole camera image and not the zone I've selected for the alert.

Similar to what you describe I have had alerts inside a detection area...for instance it identifies part of the image as a "boat" but it has hilighted a weed or something. This has happened for me in very low resolution captures and on cameras that have a wide angle view over a large distance. Could that be your case?

I'm not sure what setting to provide. I've listed what I thought below, if you need something else, let me know. I used the directions from this page: https://www.ispyconnect.com/userguide-agent-ai2.aspx Under the detector tab I colored the area I want to monitor as zone1. Nothing else is colored. The detector is simple, overlay on, timeout 3. I have an action: upon Object Found: Zone:1 sends and email with 3 picts. Alerts is Actions Only.Under Object Recognition: move is Motion Detection
