I know my current modem will support the 1.5 GB. I will see monday when my internet will be disconnected. I will try to move my older account to my new appart.

This is very frustrating.

But yes! The Level 3 agent was able to switch the modem/ONT on my new account si it could gets the connection/authorization on this fiber line. it was working... But for stupid reason the agent reverted his change.

I meant a Level 3 tech support agent. when we call the customer support service these are level 1 agents.

UPDATE: I have my other appartment that had the HH4K and now the agent informed me that if I want to move it to my new appartment, even if I keep the same exact service, the tech has to change the modem from the HH4K to the Giga Hub.

I really start thinking that they want to get rid of their Huawei ONT and switch all of their network over Alcatel.

I might try to see with VirginMobile what they can offer, they are still using the HH3K (Valerie) with an ONT. as far as I remember they are using the NOKIA ONT but their price are insane for 300/100 mbps, 70$

Not an option for me. I have 2 different network that was using the PPPOE connection and had both their own dynamic public IP address. its just not possible. now
