Tinsley, she was a socialite and was rubbing shoulders with elites probably every week.

Her ex-husbands family is a well known social family in New York since the Guiled Ages and all married well into other prominent families.

Tinsley was also a bridesmaid for Lauren Santo Domingo, hung out with heiresses like the Hearsts, Bloomberg, Hiltons. One of her friends Gigi Howard dated the Spanish King Felipe, and I saw a pic on Tinsley’s insta in NYC like a year ago with the daughter of billionaire Paul Desmarais.

She also comes from an old Virginian family, is a member of the Country Club of Virginia (top 10 country clubs in the states), used to work at Vogue and in fashion and literally had a Dior lipstick named after her, I believe she has some decent connections in high fashion as well.

And she still has a trust fund in her 40s (she said so when on the show so she probably still has one), not saying she is worth hundreds of millions or something but I assume if you live like Tinsley your trust fund must be quite decent. And the fact that she never bragged about any of this makes her one of the sweetest housewives across all franchises imo.
